Although the term "Borneon" may officially be defined as the peoples and expatriates from the island of Borneo which made up of the Malaysian states of Sabah and Sarawak, the kingdom of Brunei Darussalam, and the Indonesian province of Kalimantan, this web site intends to cater for all citizens of the increasingly borderless planet Earth.  As such, twtmiri.com.my also aims to be a platform for the world to "bring" and "share" their presence in the Internet and IT arena to Borneons.

 Today, twtmiri.com.my travel services is operated through Travelworld Travel Services Sdn Bhd, a private limited company (reg. no. 133990-H) registered under the Malaysian Registrar of Company. Travelworld Travel Services Sdn Bhd is also a Malaysian Ministry of Tourism certified tour operator (TOB) and travel agency (TAB) (license no. KKKP-1171), and a member of MATTA (Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents), the national umbrella representative body for the entire travel industry in the country - equivalent to the NTA or TIA in the US, AFTA in Australia, and ABTA in the UK.

Tarie Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1980, in line with the Government's call to promote tourism in the country.  We are a full service travel agent and tour operator, offering a wide spectrum of professional services to satisfy the different needs of our client

We have established the following divisions to cater for our customers:

Ticketing Department

Our reservations and ticketing devision is fully computerized with the latest galileo System and is manned by experienced staff who have been specially trained to meet the demands of the Airline industry.  We are an appointed agent for Malaysian Airlines and at the same time also retail for other airlines like Royal Brunei, Dragon Air, Cathay Pacific Airways, Air Asia plus other airlines.

Outbound Division

This division has a team of well trained staff who manage the packaging of tour packages for both domestic and international destinations.  We deal with Visa applications, hotel reservations, etc...  Transworld travel is also well versed with outbound tours for Corporate and Incentive Markets.

Inbound Division

The Inbound Division is setup to cater for tourists from overseas and within the Asean Region.  Manned by a team of experienced staff, this division handles inbound services for tourists coming from England, Netherland, Australia, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and of course the regional markets like Singapore, Brunei and the domestic market.

We specialized in cater for FITs and GITs with tours relating to nature lovers and adventure tour packages in borneo, from mountain climbing & trekking.
